If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any services or products that You purchased with Us.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods and services from Us.
Service refers to the service plan taken by you for your appliances.

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. As such that these 14 days come under the cooling-off period.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods and services or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered or services applied.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the return by any means of communication given above. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
YOU MAY RECEIVE A REFUND IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
If you cancel your plan within the cancellation period outlined in your terms and conditions and have not made a claim, your contract will be canceled immediately and you will receive a refund of any money paid to us.
If you cancel your plan at a time after the cancellation period but have not made a claim, we will refund any premium paid for the remaining period of your plan, calculated daily. If you pay for your service plan through monthly installments, your plan will be canceled at the end of the monthly period during which you are informed of your wish to cancel. You will continue to receive services from UK Home Direct until the date the service plan is canceled.
We will not refund any money paid if you cancel your service plan after making a claim on it, including if this claim is made during the cancellation period.
